These terms govern the SMS messaging program operated by Luminosa Global Inc ("Luminosa Global," "we," "our," or "us") for people who have requested information about Italian citizenship recognition.
How You Opt In
You receive text messages from us only if you affirmatively ask for them. Consent is collected on our Italian Citizenship Eligibility Check lead form, served through our Facebook and Instagram advertising. The form asks a separate question, "Can we text you?", with no answer selected by default. You must choose Yes yourself.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. Answering No, or leaving the question unanswered, means we will never text you. It does not affect your eligibility review, your consultation, or any service we provide. Program Description
Messages may include:

- Follow-up regarding your eligibility submission
- Appointment coordination and confirmations
- Replies to questions you send us
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies and may include multiple messages related to your inquiry.
Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier. Luminosa Global does not charge you for these messages.
Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. You may also reply END, QUIT, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or REVOKE.

Your Mobile Information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party. Your mobile number is used only to operate this messaging program and is disclosed only to the messaging service providers that transmit our messages on our behalf, and only for that purpose. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on effective transmission by your wireless service provider and is outside our control.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and the authorized subscriber or account holder of the mobile number you provide. If your number changes or is reassigned, please notify us at drmeschino@luminosa.global.
