SMS Opt-In Disclosure

How we collect consent to send text messages · Last updated July 14, 2026

This page documents the complete consent experience for the Luminosa Global SMS program. It exists so that any consumer, carrier, or reviewer can see exactly where consent is requested, what language is shown, and what happens afterward.

Where consent is collected

Consent is collected on the Luminosa Global lead form titled "Italian Citizenship Eligibility Check," served through Luminosa Global's own Facebook and Instagram advertising account. Because the form is served inside Meta's ad platform, it is not reachable at a public URL. The full form is reproduced in the screenshot below.

The consent flow, end to end

  1. A consumer sees a Luminosa Global advertisement about Italian citizenship recognition and taps through to the lead form. The form carries the Luminosa Global name and logo.
  2. The consumer answers eligibility questions about their Italian ancestry, then reaches question 3, "Can we text you?"
  3. Question 3 is a Yes/No dropdown. It has no default value. The consumer must open it and affirmatively select Yes or No. Selecting No is fully supported and does not affect the consumer's inquiry, consultation, or service in any way.
  4. The consumer enters their name, email address, and mobile number.
  5. On the review screen, before submission, the consumer is shown the SMS Consent disclosure reproduced verbatim below.
  6. The consumer submits. Consent is recorded per individual, at that moment, against that specific mobile number.
  7. If, and only if, question 3 was answered Yes, Luminosa Global sends one SMS containing the consultation booking link, followed by up to two reminder messages. Every message identifies Luminosa Global by name and carries "Reply STOP to opt out."
  8. If question 3 was answered No, or left unanswered, no SMS is ever sent to that number. The consumer receives email only.
  9. Replying STOP stops all messages immediately. Replying HELP returns our contact information.

Question 3 on the form

Can we text you?    Select: Yes / No   (no default selection)

SMS Consent disclosure, shown on the review screen before submit

By submitting this form and selecting "Yes" for question 3, you agree to receive SMS messages from Luminosa Global Inc regarding your Italian dual citizenship inquiry, eligibility review, scheduling, and follow-up messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our Terms & Conditions.

SMS consent is requested as its own question, separately from every other field on the form. It is not bundled into any other agreement, and it is not a condition of purchasing any Luminosa Global service. A consumer who answers No still receives their eligibility review by email.
